I saw on Arrested Development that Rita had a plush duck backpack that wasn't super small but not too large either. I'm looking for one similar that would hold my stuff that I carry around every day (phone, notebook, pens, etc.) that I could use instead of a handbag. Are there any stores that sell these?

If you're from Europe, than I suggest you United Colours of Benetton (the kids section).When I was smaller, my parents got me one from the brand Samsonite (which I'm not sure if you can buy it in the US, but defenitely Europe).

Someone in school took my pikachu plush backpack and colored the eye with ink and my mom tried washing it but the ink is still in the eye, how do i wash it off?

If it is pen ink, you can try spraying it with Hairspray (just plain) and scrubbing it, that usually takes it out.
