Question : Toy name? Rolling balls in plastic container to balance in cut-out holes?
Some of you might be familiar with this toy puzzle that Jeff Bridges tries to solve after the death of his son in the Tobey McGuire movie "Seabiscuit", but many more of us actually had these to play with. The point of the puzzle was to maneuver a little rolling ball [or balls] into hole[s] cut out of an image, all encased in a small and shallow round plastic container. Ideas?
Answer:
Roll to the hole. That's a good one.

Question : How old were you when the delicate toys/clothes balance shifted in a negative direction, for good??
(What's up with Aunts, anyway?)"toys/clothes balance" : when you got way more toys than sweaters on Christmas. Then, one day, you open your presents, one after the other: sweaters, pants, socks, toy, pants, shirts for school, underpants, toy...and the next Christmas it's even worse...

Question : How does balance bird work?
There is this toy (looks like a bird) it has big wings, and somehow it balances when you put it anywhere. How does it work?
Answer:
I think it works by having a low center of gravity, and there are probably other laws of physics involved.

Question : Does anyone remember these toys?
ok, I know there really are tons of toys I could list, but I dont particularly remember them all, so heres the 2 that are in my mind right now & I'll add the rest as I think of them. Does anyone remember the muffinskirt dolls? They were little scented muffin shaped things and when you turned it inside out it was a doll with a sparkly skirt. The other thing Im thinking of, I have no possible idea of what to call it, but this is the main thing Im looking for. It was some sort of magnet loop thing. It had a red handle, and a metal bar attached that looped over at the end and it came with a wheel type thing that had a magnetic prong on either end. The purpose of the toy was to balance the magnetic wheel thing on the metal bar & it would roll up and down the loop.Does anyone remember these? Or know where I can find them again?
Answer:
The first toy I remember but can't recall the name of them, think they were only out for a year or so...The second toy is a Rail Twirler:http://www.starmagic.com/store.cgi?0+3D3A1D20
