Question : Can I hook two sets of jumper cables up safely to jump my car?
My car is stuck and dead, and my jumper cables aren't long enough. Can i hook up two sets to start my car?
Answer:
It should work, but make sure not to let the middle of the positive cables touch the negative or either of the cars. It might take a little longer because you will lose some voltage across the connections and the extra lenth of wire. Leave the good car running and connect the cables for about 5 minutes before you try to start the other car. This will help you get a little bit of a charge into the bad battery. Also make sure you have a good connection by wiggling the clamp of the negative jumper cable ( once) on the good battery. you should see some little sparks.

I reinstalled windows vista on my pc but when I try and boot off the hardrive it gets stuck at the screen saying please wait while windows sets up your computer.And explain why?

I just bought new speakers for my computer, but now I have an extra set. I was going to just put them in storage, but then I started wondering....Is it possible to hook up both sets of speakers to my computer? Both sets have 2 satellites and an amp. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
Answer:
Yes. You need either 2 Line Outs on the back of the computer (sometimes you can change the microphone port to be a second Line Out, etc, depending on your soundcard) or you can use an adapter to split the Line Out that you do have, into 2.It would be the same adapter you use for plugging in two sets of headphones into an MP3 player, for example.

The electric field and the magnetic field are tightly interlinked, in two senses. First, changes in either of these fields can cause ("induce") changes in the other, according to Maxwell's equations.The magnetic field generated by a steady current, is described by the Biot-Savart law. This is a consequence of Ampere's law, one of the four Maxwell's equations that describe electricity and magnetism. The magnetic field lines generated by a current carrying wire form concentric circles around the wire. The direction of the magnetic field of the loops is determined by the right hand grip rule. The strength of the magnetic field decreases with distance from the wire.Second, according to Einstein's theory of special relativity, a magnetic force in one inertial frame of reference may be an electric force in another, or vice-versa.

If you're in England then Boots have some brilliant make up sets in their 3 for 2 Christmas deal.They have loads of different brands in it. My fav is Fearne Cotton's range.

Three sets of 10 for each exercise. If this is too easy increase the weight until it gets difficult.

Question : Is it necessary to do warm-up sets before weight training?
Ok so I'm 15 and have been doing weight training for around 2 months and i would simply like to know whether it is very important do warm up sets or not. Does it benefit more than not performing warm-up sets?I currently don't as i wish to get straight into it but i have heard and read that people do it, should i?
Answer:
Warm up sets are great before weight training but don't confuse it with stretching before any exercise. Stretching can damage your muscles. Stretch after exercise but warm up before weight training.

Question : Are warm up sets necessary in weight lifting?
I'm a 32 year old male and have recently started lifting weights for the first time in years. I warm up for a few minutes on either an elliptical machine or treadmill before I start lifting, then do my ab work, then just start my lifts at my workout weight. Last time, for example, I was doing deadlifts with a workout weight of 200 pounds, didn't do any warmup sets, just did 4 sets at 8-8-6-6 reps. Would I benefit from a warmup set?
Answer:
i don't know if you would benefit from it. it's more to get the blood circulating and to stretch ur muscles so you dont pull or rip anything, which could hurt ya in the long run if ur not carefull. i would do warm ups if i was trying to max out, i wouldnt just try to throw on 315 on bench press right away, i would do 205 than 225 ect. first. but i ussually dont do too much warm ups i just do 4x10*** on most things.

My mother's boyfriend, whom is the epitome of what I like to call "trailer trash", sets up a dealer and a buyer to make purchases on illegal drugs. I have been told by my mother not do worry about it, "I have it under control." But after a year of this, I'm done. Can I get him arrested for arranging drug meetings?

If you have evidence of said transactions, you may take that evidence to the police.However, you will want to give careful consideration to the ramifications of doing so for you and your family. No witness can remain anonymous, as defendants have a constitution right to confront the accuser(s).
