Air Swimmers swim through the air with incredibly smooth and life-like swimming motion. These amazing fish provide hours of remote control indoor fun in even the smallest of rooms (not for outdoor use). They require only four AAA batteries (one in the body, three in the controller) and have complete up, down and 360 degree turning control. The Shark is remote infra-red controlled and will respond to your inputs moving up and down most importantly left to right with fish like tail movement. Remote control has never come to life so magically! The helium filled fish body is made from durable nylon and with appropriate use will stay inflated for weeks depending on altitude. The William Mark Corporation has been dedicated to developing unique, high-quality products for extraordinary flight performance. The company was formed when Mark Forti, then a junior at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, invented the X-zylo??? for a marketing project. The product's performance amazed everyone who saw it. After stumping his physics professor as to why the object flew, Mark took it to his father, William, who worked in the aerospace industry. When William's aerodynamicist friends could not explain how it flew so far, William and Mark filed for patents and formed the William Mark Corporation.

Questions & Answers
Question : i wanna make a homemade taillights, headlights for my 1/10 scale. what led, battery do i need from radio shack?
i need to know what voltage / amp do the led has to be so i can run i guess a 9 volt battery>> please note this is for my remote control car.

Answer:
If you are going to use LED's then you can get away with 1.5 volts-a standard flashlight battery. An LED can be connected across 1.5 volts without a buffer resister although one can be used to lower current flow. A 9 volt battery will waste a lot of power in the voltage dropping resisters.

Question : Is it possible to get a surround sound home theatre amplifier with a built in AM/FM radio tuner anywhere?
Hello ppl. I know many people don't bother reading this, but for sound enthusiasts looking to help a novice with a big pocketbook and a desparate need to upgrade his system, I represent a client looking to upgrade his 25 year old system. He says he wants it to come with a remote control like his TV, Will work with his old speakers he says he loves too much to part with, and wants to listen to the stereo through the sound system. Low wattage is OK, It will be used to amplify sound from high definition DVD viewing, HD TV, and projecting the video image. All of these components have already been ordered. He's only after a 7.1 channel amp/receiver, a sub woofer, a tweeter, and 4 simple, medium quality, small speakers to create the surround sound effect. It is my job to find this. His hope is that it will cost under AU$400 for all this sound equipment, but I told him that the amp on it's own would be more than $400 AUD. Who is right?

Answer:
for a really low end you could get a HTIB. Your budget amounts to $350 US, not much to work with. If he really likes his old system and it still works fine just keep it somewhere else and continue to use it. Trying to re eq a speaker set up with old speakers is asking for a muddied sound stage, most good systems use the exact same speaker for each channel. You want to use timbre' ( pronounced tam-ber) matched sets of speakers from the same manufacture. I recommend getting separate components so you can individually pick the right system. Depending on his room size and configuration if you are set on 7.1 make sure to use the correct types of rear speakers bi or di pole depending on the application. He will want to work with a Home theater Designer to audition equipment. A $350 dollar budget is laughable at best for a good 7.1 system. I also recommend some reading material for you to consider. Set a budget and see what is out there, ideally you would have waited to get the video portion until after you had seen what audio was out there.

Answer:
ok the fuse is in the back of the radio it, fuses are for anything electrical in your car, the purpose of a fuse is to protect the electrical equipment in case it gets to hot or in case any wires may cross an overload the equipment. the fuse will blow so it stops the current going to the unit so it doesnt catch on fire or damage it. its like a circut breaker you have in your home. if you plug to much stuff on one circut the circut breaker will blow so you dont cause a fire in the house, same concept.now you asked what else do you need ? nothing as far as what i see that you wrote down you pretty much have everything you need to install the radio. you just need the correct tools to take the old radio out, an you will need wire cutters/strippers an butt connectors or electrical tape to connect the wires. also in my oppionion the first radio you listed is better than the second one. but i also want you to note that the brand dual...SUCKS!! i mean if your just looking to replace your factory radio an go cheap than ypour ok, but if your planning on hooking up subs an amps i dont recommend buying a dual radio or anything else thats dual. i mean dual will work for a system but its very low end an low quality brand. anyways if you need any help hooking up the radio an have questions feel free to email me. good luck.

Question : How to remote control my lawnmower? I have futaba radio and reciever hooked to (ESC), but no reverse function?
I have two 12 v dc motors run off a car battery, continually charged by a car 50 amp alternator run by the 6.5 h.p. lawnmower engine. One motor driving each rear wheel. I am controlling with a "Futaba" transmitter and reciever through a 12-15 volt 50 amp electronic motor speed controller to the two motors. When I hooked it up for a first trial, it resulted in three problems. I'll list them in order of importance to me but anybody answering any of them will be GREATLY appreciately by me!1. There is no reverse function2. When I release the joystick on the transmitter and it springs back to center, the motor should stop right? It doesen't. It doesn't stop untill I push the lever all the way towards the opposite direction from which I want the motor to turn. Kinda like even if there was reverse, I wouldn't have enough joystick movement to reach it.3. The motor speed controller has a "BEC" 3 v battery eliminator circuit. I still need to hook up my 4 cell battery pack to use it?. HELP!

Answer:
wow...too cool! You sound like you're attempting to build a BattleBot LOL!I'll bet if you hooked up with one of their engineers or designers or found a forum for the battlebots, you'd solve your problem. Some of the links below might have either forums or contact info for some people who already have them. It would be cool to have a remote controlled Lawn Mower! I'd love to hear about your progress on this :)

Question : hi,, i bought a car radio amp its made by xplore its 1200 watt. and 4 channel.im going to hook it up to?
a pyle box single speacker thats 600w, now i got the amp used from craiglist, on the amp there a plug thats missing its for the high input and then next to it thers 4 rca jack that says low in put where do i hook up the box to low or high? and how would i hook up the 2 rca cables that comes out the box? where would they go?? pls help someone thanks everyone. and it also came with a remote bass control what is that for? can i also hook up the back speakers to that amp too? pls help thanks

Answer:
The subs RCAs should run into the low input, but should be coming from the deck. Then a wire would run from the amp to the sub. Yes, you can hook the speakers to the amp, just run an RCA from the back of the deck into the corresponding inputs. Then run wires from the amp to the speakers. The remote bass control is just a remote that can run to somewhere else in the car (usually up front) so that you can change the level of bass.

Answer:
For part 3 - "BEC" or Barrety Elimination Circuitry (I think) is a wiring that takes power from the main battery (think of the main battery pack on an RC car) instead of needing a piggy back pack for the ESC, so as I understand it you need the 4 cell pack to run the ESC. If I could get a hands on ans actually see it that would probably help.

Question : Best way to control bass level of subwoofer.?
I have a sub and an amp i want to be able to control the level of bass or the volumn of the sub. my amp doesnt have a jack (like a telephone jack) for on those those remote knobs. Do you think my best bet would be to get a knob that connect through the rca cables from the back of the radio to the amp?

Answer:
If your amp doesn't already have one you will need a low pass filter which will seperate the treble and midrange from the bass going to your sub from your amp otherwise you could damage the sub.

Question : why doesnt my amp turn off when my radio is off?
i turn my car and radio off but the little blue button on my remote bass control knob doesnt go off neither does the light on the actual amp. i just recently disconnected my battery to put back a wire from the amp that came loose. everything works now but the light doesnt go off. it did beforeim sure the remote wires are installed right because i never had a problem before i disconnected the battery!

Answer:
Bad remote wire all together.... Run a remote... Before you do that, Check the ground... Question, Your remote wire is hooked up to something that only turns on when the key turns right. But i would run a new remote wire, 16 gauge.

Question : hooking up my new radio to a f150 but need help?
the amp has rca hook ups and the new head unit has the rca hookups do i just hook it up the rca's to both the radio and amp? and once those are hooked up does the radio then control the volume for the subs? i know i have to hook up the remote wire to the radio to control when to turn it on and off but is that all i need to know amp wise? its a old kenwood amp which has a connection with a negative wire, positive and remote wire

Answer:
all is correct (volume question too), hope you have power/ground wires too
