Questions & Answers
Question : Is the Plano Varsity Club grill & sports bar a family place or more for grownups?
It says in the listings on the internet it was a family place, but I thought the word Bar meant it was for grownups.

Answer:
It's a restaurant with a separate bar. It's similar to Chili's or Boston's. The link below is a review of the restaurant. Apparently there is Karaoke! http://www.yelp.com/biz/varsity-club-plano#hrid:rmCtHcU_zc2RngF1J0R6hA

Question : I need the titles of 2 choose your own adventure books for grownups? Help someone?
I overheard someone talking about a choose your own adventure book for grownups. They said that there are two of the books. One is choosing what happens to you after you graduate high school and the other is choosing what you do and what type of lifestyle you have after you win the lottery. I wasn't able to find these books in the bookstore b/c I don't know the title or the author, so I was hoping someone could tell me what the names of the books are and who the author is. Thanks so much

Answer:
I think that one of them is "The Terrible, Horrible Temp to Perm Debacle" by Bob Powers.

Question : What movie should I see: Sorcerers Apprentice or Grownups?
Explain why.

Answer:
Sorcerer's Apprentice looks more interesting to me; but then again, I like fantasy movies and I'm a Cage fan. Grownups looks like another boring middle age family comedy - snnnoooooorrre......

Question : Why do you suppose grownups are so enthusiastic about Halloween today?
Back in the day (when I was a kid) we kids enjoyed costumes, parties, etc., but the grownups seemed to pay little or no attention. They were busy with...grownup stuff, I guess. What's different today?

Answer:
I agree with you on the earlier days; however, these days Halloween is an easy escape for adults to, I believe, connect with younger and less complicated lives they once had. I see it as an excuse to let go and just enjoy yourself. Now, for me, I get excited for the children! Many children come from all over my town to this neighborhood to trick or treat. This gives me an opportunity to bless these children as I once was! "In my day," I loved going to the homes where they served us popcorn balls. These children, today, cannot accept such things anymore because of all the evil which has been taking place with poison, razor blades and such in the candy. Some folks have made this a hazardous night for the innocent! In as much, I bless these children with toys and a treat! Last year, I handed out helium balloons and the children loved this! I usually get them coloring books, puzzle books and so forth. I buy these items from Oriental Trading Co, as I can buy them cheaper by the gross. The wealthier children will reach into the candy bowl and grab a handful! The children from other neighborhoods, they take only one item each and say thank you! THIS, is why I do what I can to place smiles on little faces. It's a blessing to me! I have learned much from the behaviors between these children and they certainly bless me each year too!

Question : Lord of the flies: How did having no grownups affect the society?
And also were the boys happy at the start when they realised there were no adults?I have read the book - doesn't mean it makes sense. I asked for an answer to the question, not an opinion or to be told what to do. Thankyou.

Answer:
If you can't answer this question, I think you've missed a major point of the book, which is that children are savages; without adults, they can't function as a civilized society and end up killing each other.I read the book six years ago, so I don't remember if they were happy when they realized there were no adults. You should probably flip through a few pages to see.

Question : I like to roleplay online, especially in chat form. Is there a sight where the players are grownups?
I enjoy online roleplaying, sometimes sexual, sometimes not. I have found some sites that offer roleplay, but am afraid the players might be underage. Is there a site that offers roleplay in whatever form that has adult players?

Answer:
There is a website called allpoetry.com. The site itself is not roleplay, but there are some adult groups available in which you can roleplay.

Question : Would You Take an 11 year old to See The Movie Grownups or The Other Guys?
Hi I am watching my little sister tonight and I wanted to know if you would take an 11 year old to see grownups and she said if the tickets were sold out she wanted to see the other guys. I just wanted to know if you think these two movies are appropriate for an 11 year old.

Answer:
It's PG-13. 11 isn't much different from 13. Just take her.

Question : Is is wrong that I told my family just to buy gifts for kids and not the grownups?
My auntie who never shows up for Holiday get together's decided to draw names for everyone who were not there to do so themselves. So I told her we did not want to be a part of it, because the people we "picked" do not even talk to us or show up for Christmas dinner? Should I feel bad? Cuz I do.

Answer:
You did just fine, don't let it get to you.

Question : Where is the adventure playground for grownups?
It is in the UK - southeast i think, and has activities and a ball pit etc, but its made for adults. Would be great for my work away day!

Answer:
Is this what you are looking for?http://www.goape.co.uk/ContentHome.aspxHope it is, it looks like fun!! If you go, hope you have a great time xx

Answer:
