Question : Ideas for "Sweet 13" party? Please help :)?
Okay so for my "sweet 13" party I wanted to do something REALLY awesome that none of my friends would forget! I want it to be a mix of "The Clique" (as in the Clique books/movie) and "Paris, France" (because I really want to go to Paris!).I figured that I could print out plaid patterns (because the covers of the Clique books are plaid) for the invitations. I could fold each plaid paper in half and write the party details on the inside, and glue an Eiffel tower on the outside of the invites.I would have my party on a Saturday so it could be a sleepover, and I'd invite like 10 of my friends, but only 5 (my "clique") would stay the night. We would go down to my finished basement, which would be decorated in white and pink. One room would be where we'd eat. There would be a snack table with plastic bowls filled with snack foods. Another table would have a few bottles of sparkling juice, as well as another cooler with water, soda, etc. The main table would have candles and mini Eiffel towers on it. The whole room will be decorated glittery and French-like. We'll eat French cuisine for dinner. In the movie room, the couch will be stocked with pillows and blankets. I'll have a bunch of magazines out, as well as the Clique book. I'll also have some board games out. This room will be decorated in pink and white. We'll watch the Clique movie later. In the back room, I'll have "Club Paris". That room will be decorated in pink and white, with a French flag on the wall, a 3-ft tall Eiffel tower in the middle of the room, and glittery stars on the walls.Basically, I'm just wondering what games and stuff we could do that are Clique-themed or Paris-themed. Also, what could party favors be? And what do you think of my set-up and ideas? Oh and please BE SERIOUS WITH YOU ANSWERS!! Please help and don't just say "get pizza" or crap like that. Thanks so much :)

Answer:
Well for paris theme games you could have Makeovers with like french maniquers and stuff that would make you look like your from paris (you would have to get your mom or if you have an older sis you could get them to do that while the rest go into the "snack" room and chill out while two of you go in and be "Made up")

Question : What's the best Mini-Desktop on the market today?
Since we're getting a pool table, we will no longer be able to have the desktop in our game room. my parents thought that it should be in my room, since im the one that uses it the most, but the thing is, the computer is very slow and big, so we were thinking of getting a new computer. However, we need a mini-Desktop, since i dont have much space near my TV (its an LCD with RGB/DVI inputs, aswell as the traditional ones). So my question is,What is a good Mini-Desktop that i can buy?We dont wanna order anything from the company, so i need a computer with a good ammount of ram (around 1G +), a good graphics card, and a bit of hard disk space, around 120G+Thanks Everyone!!Oh, one more thing i forgot to mention. I also prefer a desktop with a keyboard and mouse, wireless. I can buy one if it's not included, though.

Answer:
http://damnsmalllinux.org/store/Mini_ITX_Systems/Damn_Small_MachineThe damn small machine is pretty cool. It's not very powerfull, but it's running damn small linux so it will run like a supercomputer

Question : I am planning a Harry Potter/Hunger Games/Alice in Wonderland/ Crazy hat themed party?
I am planning a Harry Potter/Hunger Games/Alice in Wonderland/ Crazy hat themed party for my 16th which is in 7 months! I'm planning on watching a HP movie, having an Alice in Wonderland tea party, a Hunger Games "battle" were we will have a water balloon fight and stuff (my birthday is in the middle of spring so hopefully it'll be warm enough) and then people have to wear crazy hats and I'll have a competition for best hat. For food I'll be baking Harry Potter sweets and maybe some food from the Capitol in the Hunger Games. I'll also have some "Eat Me" cakes and cookies. Also for snacks during the day, I'll have hats suspended in the air using string to attach it to the roof. These hats will have popcorn and other snacks in them (I'm going to use cone party hats and the plastic hats I'll wash them before using them). I'm going to set up our dinning are with two different tables with two different coloured table sheet thingys and having mismatched chairs and I'm going to go to second hand stores and buy a few different tea pots and tea cups and plates that don't match to represent the tea party in Alice in Wonderland.I'm going to use miniature cornucopia's and fill them with water balloons and and mini water guns for the water balloon fight thing. I have a this fort thing in the backyard that we can also use for it.I'm also going to make the entrance look like the guests are falling through the rabbits hole. I'm naming the living area the Ravenclaw common room and that's where we'll watch HP and the guests can only get in with the answer to the riddle I will put on the invite. I'm naming the dinning room Wonderland or the Great Hall. I'm naming the back yard the Arena/Quidditch Field.I might also have a treasure hunt. The invite will be hat shaped and maybe say "By order of the Red Queen, you must attend The Quidditch match at (address) on (date). May the odds be ever in your favour!" or something like that.I haven't decided on what games yet, but there will definitely be a Quidditch match.Any advice on what I should do for games? I don't want to make it too kiddie though.

Answer:
I love this idea, but were you high when you thought of it?But anyways. Games. Hm. Pin the tail on the Hippogriff?Horcrux hunt?If possible, you could try and make a piñata in the shape of a tracker jacker nest :3You could get some teddy-hegdgehogs and play hedgehog croquet :PAnyway, have fun, sounds like your birthday is gonna be amazing :')

Question : Has Playstation HOME failed to impress and live up to the hype?
i downloaded home just yesterday and I think IT SUCKS *** , did sony spent 2 years on 5 areas, empty stores,20 pieces of clothing and like 10 pieces of furniture???????????? and you have to pay real money for other things, can't you like get a real job in home and make like home money or sometin and then go buy items??? sony you ****** up good As a beta tester, let me tell you, Home is a disaster of monumental proportions. Imagine the least fun online experience imaginable. You’re thinking of Second Life, right?Okay, now take that thought and improve the graphics, but give your players nothing to do whatsoever. Also, if there could be lots of loading in between areas, that would be awesome. The people at Microsoft’s Xbox division must be crying with laughter when they think about Sony’s online ’strategy’.Yeah yeah, most people just say , 'stop being so harsh it is only a Beta and is still in development!'. Well let me tell those people what I think. Sony plan on releasing the final version some time before the end of the year.... What is that:.. .. 19-20 days. Are they really going to make much of an improvement on this crappy piece of software.. IMO, all you do on this game is go around a 'virtual world' with random 'no-lifes' dancing around bubble machines with unnecesary terrible music blaring out. The mini games are always occupied/full (eg. the pool tables, bowling allies, chess tables, arcade machines..). When they are available to use, they are just a boring, average, dull addition to this disappointing program.. You have to wait to download new areas and while it is doing that you just walk around like a lost toddler. The first time I managed to sign into HOME, it took me (and I actually counted) 37 atttempts to login. AND WHAT DO I GET!?! A bland room with a balcony.. Oh yay! thats what I wanted..The only good thing about this game are the graphics and creation mode. The characters and environment seem realistic despite being painfully empty....ohh God I feel like such a moaner but I really was trying to have fun in this game but could not! I was so looking forward to this..

Answer:
Yea I think it sucks too, and it pisses me the Hell off to find that you have to use actual money to purchase upgrades. No reward points for beating a game in a certain time or wining X amount of matches online; ACTUAL I GO TO WORK AND WORK HARD MONEY! Do they not understand our economy, we can barley afford a loaf of bread let alone a virtual one.

Question : will putting a flat screen tv on top of a mini fridge do n e harm?
i am moving into a dorm, a very small dorm.and am looking for places to put the mini fridge i purchased and where to put my tv.i dont really have many options as putting my 37 inch flatscreen will take up all the room in the desk and putting a table in my room will pretty much take up the majority of the room.so i came to the conclusion of a buying a small tv (ouch) or putting my tv on top of my mini fridge.i would not put n e magnets on th efridge of course. but will putting my tv on the mini fridge do n e harm to either of the items?will it ruin the tv in some way? maybe soem magnetic way im not awayre of?and will it harm the fridge in some radation mutated food way ha?the tv is not very heavy so no worries there.i will also be playing games ps3 360 on it on occasion. do does any one have any good knowledge??

Answer:
On most mini-refrigerators, the compressor and electronic components are on the bottom, in the back. Your tv is likely on a stand, so there is little chance of any kind of interference. On top of that, there are no mystical rays or radiation coming from either. You'll be fine. The only need for concern would be vibration from your fridge, if any.

Question : Are me and my fella complete opposites?
We get on really well and have a lot in common but there's a few things that bother me. I LOVE football, but can't watch it cos he hates it, meaning the last two matches i watched were england losing to germany and the man u tie with fulham (fulham! WTF is going on???). we're looking for a new house to rent cos i'm pregnant and we want our daughter and bump to have separate rooms and i'd like them to have a play room as well. TBH we wont be moving straight away cos i don't think babies should be in their own room until at least 6 months. Anyway we've found somewhere with 3 bedrooms, a box room and 2 receptions, in or budget and near my daughters nursery so it's perfect, but we're arguing about the box room. I want to get a pool table and dart board and mini fridge for it, turn it into a games room, he wants it for drums and guitar, meaning there'd be no space for the pool table, unless he gets an electric drum kit, I've seen one thats perfect and i want to get him it for christmas, but he's only ever used cheap ones so he thinks they're all shit. What can i do? I've always wanted a pool table.Yes, i do. In fact i am english, from england, and as you can probably tell i am writing in english right now. Do you speak french?Re-read my question and there's one mistake in there. 'in or budget' should be 'in OUR budget'My children are my world to me. does having children mean we can't want things as well? I don't see how wanting to have one room as my own is as bad as you seem to think it is, especially as every other room, including our bedroom has been taken over by my daughter and will be by bump. My family always come first.

Answer:
WHAT? Do you speak english or not?
