Questions & Answers
Question : Why do I, so frequently, unjustly lose Yahoo Chess games by default - it makes the points system pointless! -?
I'm playing chess; the table screen freezes - which I sometimes don't realise for some minutes, until I try & make my move; I try various combinations of: exiting room, clearing cookies, disconnecting/reconnecting, shutting down/rebooting, &c.At least 50% of the times when I am actually able to re-enter the room within the requisite 10 minutes, I discover anyway that I have somehow lost the game by default. This has been happening to me for as long as I have been playing Yahoo Chess, no matter upon which browser, computer, connection, or in which country! Yahoo have refused, on multiple occasions, to assist me in addressing this problem. (Excellent customer service, THAT is!)Has anyone else encountered this issue, and does anyone have any idea how I might go about resolving it ?

Answer:
It happens to me too. I stopped using Yahoo games & use Pogo.

Question : Is there a combination foosball, air hockey, and pool table out there? Suggestions?
I am looking to get some kind of recreation table for our game room and want a combo of pool, air hockey, and foosball. Is this available? Where can I get it? Any other suggestions welcome.

Answer:
around this time of year(Christmas season) is the best time to buy something like this...try a store like sports authority..that's where we bought ours 4 years ago... try sears too.

Question : Why am I afraid to make changes in my life (exercise and diet)?
Sorry, I just read through what I wrote and it kind of jumps around.. disjointed, bear with it. Sooo... I'm one of those types who always talks a big game about wanting to stop eating junk food and hit the gym more regularly. And I may succeed at it... for a few days, but I always seem to revert to my typical habits... wanting to go out and grab dinner at some burger place or Taco Bell drive-thru and then just eat alone in my car in some dark corner of the parking garage at my university, so no one can see me.I don't think I'm afraid of people exactly, I just tend to avoid places where there are lots of them around. I don't like having many eyes on me or something. I was invited to a bar near the campus by a friend of mine who was in many of my classes during my first semester at the university, and she has since dropped out and now attends a community college nearby, so I hadn't seen her for nearly two years. I'm not typically someone who goes to bars, but I really haven't had any other friends since she dropped out and I wanted to see her. My image of a bar was sort of like that of Moe's Tavern from the Simpsons, where everyone sits at a bar and just broods over their drinks. It wasn't like that at all, it reminded me more of a crowded mosh pit with people dancing over every square inch of the building and people serving drinks from a card table. Everyone around me was dancing and having fun and I felt out of place and ended up leaving after about 20 minutes, and I hadn't called or texted my friend since then.I figure that the root of my problem is a poor self image. I really don't like myself and I think to myself, "Well, if I don't even like myself, why should I expect someone else to like me?" So I kind of distance myself from other people wherever I can.I don't consider myself a terribly unattractive person. Forgive me for saying, but there are people out there that are pretty offensive to almost all 5 senses, and I don't count myself among these types. I'm by no means attractive, either. Just kind of blah. There is much room for improvement. And I feel like that the obvious start would be to drop some fat and get back into shape. I am about 6' and 230ish lbs. My plan was to make use of the swimming pool they have here on campus and also to eat lighter and healthier and hopefully be able to drop the excess weight. Not only to make myself look and feel better, but also because I wish to join the Air Force after I graduate this semester -- they have a fitness requirement. So that should mean that I am doubly motivated, right?I went ahead and bought all the stuff I needed.. swimsuit, extra towels, goggles, a nice little sports bag to carry it all, and a combination lock for the lockers. It's been a week now and everyday at 7pm (when the pool is open for free swimming -- they have classes and Olympic training, etc throughout the day) I come up with some excuse to not go. This last Friday, I packed up all my things and walked all the way to the pool, but when I got there, I kind of just froze up and walked away.. retreated back to my car and got some Taco Bell quesadillas.I know that I probably don't know anyone at the pool and no one there would give a crap if I were swimming or not, but it's a combination of me being ashamed of my own body and thinking that other people are judging me that I can't walk in and just swim. And the diet thing, I don't even know what's going on there. I would drive my car out to Safeway and walk to the vegetable place and look at the salads and stuff they have there, but then I'd walk out with nothing because I feel like I'd look weird just taking a salad to the cashier, I dunno why.Kind of at a loss here. Weekend's almost up, and I know next week's going to go exactly the same as the last. I wish it wouldn't, but it kind of seems like that's how it's gotta be.Anyway, here I am. http://img837.imageshack.us/img837/2826/58274043.jpg

Answer:
I think you just need to figure out what you're really looking for in your life - you're obviously not happy with what you're doing, but you can't find the motivation to change it. You must be getting something out of how you're living your life, some reward or you would be motivated to start off in a different direction and stick with it. Figure out what you're getting out of this behavior you have -the pleasure of eating whatever you want, not having to be embarrassed by your body by hiding it, whatever it is - then look at what it's doing to you. You're not happy, feel lonesome, don't want anyone to see you even in swim trunks...which is better? It's not just a lifestyle change, it's a mind set - see yourself the way you want to be and convince yourself you can do it, or go back to the way you were miserable. People generally aren't going to pay attention to you, whatever you do, as long as it's nothing extraordinary - most people, even those that seem happy, have their own problems of sorts and aren't watching to see if you're perfect or not. Kind of rambling, too:)., but I hope it helps in some small way!

Question : What should I do about my roommate's stealing?
One of my roommates has always had a bad reputation from the time I moved in, but things started getting a lot worse in the last couple months. Another roommate left his PSP on the table and it dissapeared. We blamed the stealing roommate and researched a little, turns out his sister was with him at a gamestore where he sold a PSP in turn for cash. Soon after one of our roommates CD collection magically dissapeared from his room. Yesterday I went in my room and noticed one of my games was missing, a light bulb from my lamp was gone and tons of paper clips from my dresser was gone. This combination of using things without asking at all, searching through peoples things and stealing and selling things has made the rest of the roommates very depressed. We try to call him out but we have no proof. People like this shouldnt get away with it, his behavior has gotten worse and worse and I just don't know what to do anymore.I am not in college by the way. I live in this house with three other people. We are all about 23 years old. The stealing room mates dad owns the house and his brother lives here also. Things just randomly go missing from our rooms. This combined with compulsive lying about it and I don't know what to do.

Answer:
set up cameras and catch him in the act...

Question : I need some help translating something from english to french. ?
im not using an online translator becuase they dont work 100%. if you translate something from english to french, and then the french stuff to english, you get totally different translations. so i need help from someone that speaks french very well. heres wat i need translated:Set among the crystal clear lakes and flowing waterways of the prestigious Jumeirah Lakes Towers development in Dubai, my ideal house redefines affordable luxury. Located strategically on Sheikh Zayed Road, my house is situated in close proximity to some of Dubai's famous sports, leisure and recreational facilities including Emirates Golf Club, The Montgomerie and several luxury beach resorts. Prestigious landmarks such as the Burj Al Arab and the eighth wonder of the world, the Palm Jumeirah, are minutes away. Indigo colored glass, aluminum and white steel are combined to form an outstanding and unique concept in modern architecture. The roof and a majority of the outside of the tower is covered in solar panels, which supplies more than 50% of the building's electricity needs. Soaring to an impressive 35 floors, my house rises majestically in the midst of an idyllic setting of tranquil waters and lush green lawns. The ground floor features appealing cafes and shops to entice tenants and visitors while manicured lawns, lakes and boulevards coalesce to ensure working in Indigo Icon is a delightful and productive experience. My house rises a magnificent 35-stories and is set among lush, green lawns and sparkling waterways; the perfect surroundings in which to conduct business. The residential part of the tower comprises 272 apartments in a combination of spacious studios, one, two, three-bedroom apartments, and duplex penthouses. Fully air-conditioned, the interior finishes are of the highest standard. Large balconies and terraces offer breathtaking views overlooking the picturesque lakes and wide expanses of lush greenery to the south and the Arabian Gulf and new Marina development to the north. The commercial part of the tower comprises 68 offices over 8 floors. The residential and commercial floors have separate entrances, ensuring residents have total privacy. This spectacular development offers impressive shopping and dining on the ground floor. Coffee shops look out onto landscaped gardens, all within a secure and peaceful community. Encompassing residential, office and retail outlets, this tower offers all the modern amenities and facilities including a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker and dish washing machine; large lap pool / barbecue area; fully equipped gymnasium; Jacuzzi; bars; high-speed internet; six high speed lifts; 9 screen movie theater; and 24 hour security. The kitchen also has red oak floors, and it has all the high tech appliances in it. My bed room is very colorful and the walls are covered with various posters. My library is fairly small, but it has many books in it.THANKS!!

Answer:
You should hire a professional translator to do that. Look for one in the phone book. This is obviously for a business transaction.
