Actually, you don't. A DVD decoder is used to decode the MPEG-2 compression of DVD video into a format you can watch. Data on a PC DVD game isn't encoded that way. You should have no trouble installing games from a PC DVD if you have a working DVD-ROM drive.

As an example, you might get $5.00 per game or movie, but only get $10.00 for a bundle of 3 games or movies so you lose money. How much you can get depends on the bidders at the time.
