There are some "PIA GOW" Tables here and there which give you the option to be the bank.. So your cards will be against every one else's. And your Banking the tables action.. Well.. Craps you can "Bet with the House" so to speak .. your sacrificing around 1% Craps.. a player can get the "House Advantage" down around to 1.2%. A good card counter (21) can get the game advantage in their favor.. That's why a good counter gets spotted and banned?? They are more than welcome at that Casino.. well some good news for you. Majority of california card rooms will hire you as a dealer and put you through training which will take a few weeks. no experience needed you just need to pass the class. some dont dont offer and will send you somewhere for you to pay and train.By best suggestion is go to your local card rooms and ask. and there are hundreds in southern california also in northern california as wellI work for all the casinos in the bay area California and a card shuffler technician and I know a lot of the deals and management over the past few years. seen how they train since I have to also train the dealers to use the shuffler machines.
