Question : Does anyone know where I can find those paper dolls that fashion designers use to create outfits?
I really like designing clothes and outfits, but I cant find any online. Help!
Answer:
*Try googling 'fashion templates'*If you can get this book 'Figure Templates for Fashion Illustration: Over 150 Templates for Fashion Design', by Patrick John Ireland, its useful but maybe a bit too stylized.*I have a website with paper dolls (some fashion dolls) that you can print and design your own clothes for if you want!http://www.geocities.com/jakesplace_24/

Answer:
Go to www.bfads.net (Black Friday Ads) and click on target, then find toys and they have a 3 pack of Hannah and friends dolls. Hannah, Lilly and Oliver. Click on the camera beside it and you can see the picture. I don't think you can buy them until after Thanksgiving and it says they cost $30.

Question : I'd like to sell dolls on Ebay, does anyone know where I can buy wholesale fashion dolls ?, i.e Bratz?
I've tried searching on the internet but with little success - I've never done anything like this before and don't know how to start - any tips? - I need to find a reputable supplier and want to start in a relatively small way.
Answer:
you can buy a magazine called the trader it comes out each month and w h smiths stock the mag this will give you whole sale ware houses avalible for almost any salable product either that check your local library for ware houses in your area and what they sell to the public or trade ,again this will depend on the fact if you have transport to travel to a ware house and storage facilities as usually in any ware house there is a miniumum purchase again this will be set by the different ware houses and you will have to add the vat to any prices you see advertised on the goods .its normally 17 .5% vat on each item bought

Question : Anyone ever heard of "Vogue Mode Girls" Fashion dolls?
Last night at a party, (it was a party for a baby) and at the end we all got goody bags. In the goody bags for girls was a "Vogue Mode Girls" fashion doll. I was just wondering if anyone else has some and knows where I can find more? I've looked online and I can't find anything.
Answer:
There are no results for it on Google. Look on the package and try googling the name of the distributor or manufacturer. It's probably still available under a different name.

Question : Do retailers sell the old Fashion Fever Barbie dolls and clothes?
The new Fashion Fever Barbie dolls come in the boxes and they have bendable arms..and I think the old ones are way better, and I was wondering if they sell them in stores. I'm not looking for anything on eBay or stuff like that, I'm looking for in stores. Also, do they sell the old clothes? The new dolls have smaller bodies, so the new clothes are also smaller, and they don't fit the old Barbies as well. Are there any old generation Barbies for sale in stores?
Answer:
I know that you said you are looking for retail stores, but I just have to think you are going to severely limit yourself if you do not include online resources.Yes, ebay. And the Barbie collectors sites.http://www.barbiecollector.com/shop/dept.aspx?deptid=2&shelfid=02&view=allhttp://www.dolls4pla y.com/http://www.dreamhousedolls.com/Good luck!

Answer:
McCall's usually has one or two sewing patterns in their catalogue which can also be viewed on line on their website, for that size of doll, or check Ebay. Over the years I have seen all kinds listed on Ebay. You just have to check regularly until you find what you are looking for.

Question : Do you think if I look up a pattern for making Bratz dolls, it will fit my Gwen Stefani fashion doll?
I have a Gwen Stefani fashion doll, it's the B-A-N-A-N-A-S Gwen doll, and she's missing her original outift thanks to my cat. Anyway if I use a pattern for a Bratz outfit, do you think it would fit her? She basically is a Bratz doll, her body seems to be about the same except that her legs aren't quite as skinny.
Answer:
I think it would work just fine. I have a few of the Gwen dolls that I bought just for the outfit for my Bratz. Her outfits fit the Bratz just fine. In fact sometimes I use the Gwen body for my Bratz dolls heads to go on. I haven't had any problem getting the outfits to fit. I just wouldn't go with something that's too tight. Hope this helps.
