Promenade in the Park Barbie is INCREDIBLE!!!!! She has light brown hair, blue eyes, rosy cheeks and a beautiful shade of pink lip paint. Her mouth is closed. The skirts during this time have become slimmer and more tailored versus the victorian times whe women wore large sweeping skirts and hoops. Ornate hats are an important part of the outfit and mattel did a beautiful job with this one. It looks like a black velveteen with white roses and feathers on the back that accent her long sleeve turtleneck blouse and her double strand of faux pearls and dangling faux pearl earrings with black accents. The walking suit has an ebony scroll trim, a satin sash, boots, gloves, and last but not least a matching parasol.

Question : Do retailers sell the old Fashion Fever Barbie dolls and clothes?
The new Fashion Fever Barbie dolls come in the boxes and they have bendable arms..and I think the old ones are way better, and I was wondering if they sell them in stores. I'm not looking for anything on eBay or stuff like that, I'm looking for in stores. Also, do they sell the old clothes? The new dolls have smaller bodies, so the new clothes are also smaller, and they don't fit the old Barbies as well. Are there any old generation Barbies for sale in stores?

When you go on ebay you see them all over. They look models and have movable joints at the wrist hands heels etc. and their stomachs movable and they have large lips. and are used to model clothes, where do you find them.

I seen one doll case in the "Licca" style once on ebay.I know there is also furniture called "Gloria" that is sized for fashion dolls. It has to be an import because I know that Mattel would have a fit if they saw the "Gloria Happy Hour Playset". I just don't know if its Japanese.I myself make my own from plastic canvas, dollhouses too.

I have purchased some regular clothing patterns(for an adult woman), but I'd like to resize the pattern for Barbie dolls and the like.I have seven dolls, and I'd like to make custom outfits for them rather than buying doll clothes.While I also have an 11 1/2 doll clothes pattern set, I had really liked the styles in the "real" clothes patterns.Please advise. You could try, but I am afraid it will be time consuming and you may not get the desired result. If your heart is set on it you might try reducing just one piece to see how it goes. You can visit any copy store and use the reduce function on the machine. You will have to reduce it a lot to make it small enough for the doll.If that does not work you can buy doll patterns athttp://www.sewfunpatterns.com

Go to www.bfads.net (Black Friday Ads) and click on target, then find toys and they have a 3 pack of Hannah and friends dolls. Hannah, Lilly and Oliver. Click on the camera beside it and you can see the picture. I don't think you can buy them until after Thanksgiving and it says they cost $30.

There are no results for it on Google. Look on the package and try googling the name of the distributor or manufacturer. It's probably still available under a different name.

McCall's usually has one or two sewing patterns in their catalogue which can also be viewed on line on their website, for that size of doll, or check Ebay. Over the years I have seen all kinds listed on Ebay. You just have to check regularly until you find what you are looking for.
