yes and no, the price for each paint brush normally goes up by a bit during the "appropriate" season but depending on the rarity of the pb it wont go up by to much

I was watching a tv and they were making paintbrushes. I was wondering if they just shaved the hair off the naimal or had to kill it.
Answer:
No they do not kill the animal. The animals hair will grow back and they can use it once again. So there would be no point in killing the animal.However you should look up factory farming. They kill animals and before they do it they treat the animal like its no more than dirt on there shoe.

I am just wondering if you can win paintbrushes and how ? People must get the paintbrushes somehow before selling them ! Question : How can I keep my paintbrushes from fraying?
Weeellll... I'm probably not the easiest on my paintbrushes. Often I mash them into the bottom of my water jar to get the paint off them. How can I clean my brushes off without messing the bristles up?
Answer:
To thoroughly clean paint from artists brush you can grab a bar of hand soap (mild like Ivory) and gently drag the bristles back and forth across the soap. The bristles will start filling with soapy foam the color of paint residue left in the brush. Rinse this off in COLD water and repeat brushing across the soap bar creating more foam and once again rinse away the dirty foam with cold water till there is no more paint in the foam and it is white. You may have to work the bristles in a little circle in the palm of your hand to work the soap up into the highest area of the brush hairs (the ferrule) where they are glued to the handle. When all the soap suds rinse out clear the brush is clean. Now you can shape a round brush gently by wiping across a clean soft cloth until all the bristles go together to form a point. Lay the brush on its side to dry where the point will not be disturbed. I don't like to stand the brush up in a cup because if there is any moisture left in the clean bristles it may run down the ferrule and loosen the glue securing brush hairs to handle. Flat brushes can also be shaped back to a chisel while damp, lay on side to dry.

I am getting an iPad and I am thinking about getting a protective screen for it. However, I want to paint on my iPad with the special paintbrushes. Will they still work with a protective screen?

Yes, you won't notice a difference at all with the sensitivity of fingers or stylus.

Question : How do I get downloaded paintbrushes onto Adobe Photoshop Cs2?
I downloaded some paintbrushes and I extract them (because they are in a zipped file) and when I click on the brushes, Photoshop comes up but I can't find them with all of the other brushes.
Answer:
You need to put them in the Photoshop cs2\presets\brushes folder.You can also create a folder named like "myplugins" and put them there. Then in CS2, Edit > Preferences > Plug-Ins & Scratch Disks, check the Additional Plug-Ins Folder and browse to find the newly created folder. Put your new brushes in this folder.

Question : Where to get a good rag for artist paintbrushes?
I don't know where I'd find a rag for putting paintbrushes on that are wet with water/paint. I need something ultra absorbent (that won't be wet underneath and get my desk wet).I didn't see any at the craft store... So I am thinking a rag for a totally different purpose is what I need. From where??

Get a ceramic tile from the local hardware store, DIY, Lowes, or Home Depot. Actually, get a couple tiles, they are cheap. A plain, white 6" x 6" ceramic tile is around 25 cents. You can lay a brush on it.If the paint is very tin, get an old t-shirt for a rag. You can lay the T-shirt on the panel, and it will absorb moisture. The tile will keep the rag from soaking any surface below...

Ignore anything that says "Digo, Dragonscale, DS, lifers, etc." that's for a game called Furcadia, which I don't play anymore.I remember that site because I used to sell neopoints on there. As far as I remember it was 60 to 75 cents for 100k, but that was like, a year ago.Also, www.neofriends.net has a market for neopoints and autobuyers/score senders. The site is down today, though. It was up just yesterday, so be patient.
