Waste of Money

Complete waste of your money. Do not buy it unless you know lots of random songs. I may be a child of the 90s but my musical background extends back to the 1920s and further if you count instrumental and classical music. I did not buy this game through amazon but I am returning it to the store I purchased it from.

We never played it but I went through the song cards to see what songs were included and out of the 400 songs, my sister and I knew 15 or 20. It was really disappointing and I do not recommend this game to anyone unless you and your friends know lots of really random songs.

Whoa..... a dumb game glad I did not buy it?? Just played with some friends!
Did they even do any product review with a test audience before releasing this?? Lyric cards need to have the band name on them... Overall very disappointing and would not recommend!! Seams like it was rushed out for the holiday shopping spree??

Don't waste your money

This game is nothing like the show. The words are just typed out on a bunch of cards, so not only do you have to remember the words, but the tune, the beat, and so everything but the words they supply.

If Only the Songs Were More Universal...

The presentation of the game is fantastic! It's colorful, very reminiscent of the tv show, and I was so excited to start playing. The format is easy to understand and the cards are well constructed with lots of categories and songs to choose from. Yes, I'd love to give this game a better score, but the selection of songs prevents me from doing that. My group knew somewhere around 70 of the songs (literally about 7 songs per category), but that left probably around 280 songs that we hadn't even heard of. Odder still, the selection of songs in each category wasn't even close to what we had hoped for. For instance, in the category of Pop, the song selection we knew consisted mainly of Xmas songs like Jingle Bells and The Little Drummer Boy. That's all they could come up with?

With a wide range of categories which includes: Rhythm & Blues, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, Rock, Pop, Country, Divas, Love Songs, & Million Dollar Songs-they should have ushered in the karaoke favorites the way the show does. While some of the classics from each decade are there, most aren't-and that's very disappointing. Worse off, for the choices they used to be so obscure that none of us had heard of them...it takes all of the fun right out of the game.

We love the idea of the game so much, we've considered making our own cards (and have even begun the arduous process...ugh! Got through about five of them and then gave up for the time being). I'll give this game a 3, just for the potential it could have had. Perhaps if they could release an expansion deck of song cards and get that part right-it could turn itself around into a great game.

HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This game is a very fun and hilarious game. The reason it's hilarious is that when they ask you very hard questions, and you don't know the answer, you turn the card around and see hilarious answers!! I am a huge fan of friends and i am soo sad it's finished (I think). Anyway, this game is an educational game and VERY durable for people that don't know anything about friends! I suggest that people that don't have any idea of Friends, DON'T BUY THIS GAME!! And, always, IT'S NEVER A BORE!!! If you are almost in love with friends, believe me, it's worth spending the money on!!!! And, it's not very expensive!!! SO, JUST GO TO A TOY SHOP AND BUY THIS HILARIOUS GAME!!!!!!!!!

If you loved watching Friends, you will love playing this trivia game. I watched EVERY episode at least 3x and I still don't get all the answers so it is good that it is not super easy. For teens to adults. Highly recommend for any Friends fan, and makes a great gift.

I LOVE FRIENDS!!!!!

Friends are awesome...and so is this game. It is a great game and there is so much friends trivia. I own all ten seasons on dvd, and have watched each like 10 times so i know stuff pretty well and I still got stuck from time to time!!!!! Its a must have!!! I love Friends!
