Like at the 4th of July when you go to see fire works do you need a permit or license to sell them in Pennsylvania because I'm thinking about buying light ups and selling them at events I have the money cause I know you need a lot of money to buy them but the profit is worth it.

Question : What are the metal circles on a light-up toy called?
I have this toy and I need to research it for this assignment and I need to know what the metal circles on it are called. There are two and when you put you fingers (only works with human flesh xD) onto the circles, the toy lights up.
Answer:
They are just conductors, no special name. They can be found on many toys. The current actually passes through your flesh by means of oils on your skin. In turn it makes a closed circuit which allows current to pass. The patents pending on the designs but no known name is giving too them yet.

It was like a furry doll thing that had a baby version inside of it. I think they could talk and some would come with twins. They were popular in the late nineties or early millennium I think.

"Your best pal with light-up eyes!"Peeper Pals were produced by Galoob in 1989/90. As far as I know there was only one produced, which was a puppy. When hugged his eyes would open and light up.

Question : Anyone know the brand name to the batteryless car toys that actually light up and make noises when pushed?
I saw these trucks, cars, and a fire truck at a toy store recently that does not use batteries. It is actually powered when pushed-- it has gears inside that make the lights work and make the car keep going. I can't seem to find these online at all. They function just like something that has a battery, but is just powered when pushed. Any ideas? Names?Also, it was a different brand that I'd never heard from so it isn't something like Tyco or tonka. I believe it was a canadian company... definitely not american.

Question : whats the name of a little scented bear toy that its cheeks light up with a bottle?
I had this toy when I was about 10 and just wondering if you can still buy them. But its just a little toy bear with a tiny bottle attached to it and you can put it in it's mouth and it's cheeks light up.
