Question : Zune HD vs Ipod Touch, which should I get?
I'm not sure which one to get. The thing that makes me unsure is that that Ipod has so many accessories, docks, cases, skins, etc, and apps. I'm not going to but one for the apps though. I want it for music and videos. I know the Zune has great sound and display. The no speaker is really no problem though. I've had a zune before and I loved it, I like the OS. But my dad has an Iphone, and it's pretty cool. The Zune is also a little cheaper. The Zune also has Gorilla Glass, so the screen wont break very easily, and I know alot of people who have Ipods that are cracked or broken from being dropped a few times. Which should I get?
Answer:
In my opinion, iPod touches get really boring really fast. Even though they have a lot of accessories, they're not as great as they seem to be. Sure you can have a lot of apps and whatnot on them, but in the end they end up costing you a fortune! All of the free apps that are compatible with iTouches are horrible, and the only ones that are good cost money. And another thing that's annoying is that the mirror-type back to it gets scratched up/dirty very easily. That's just my opinion though. I have no clue what a Zune HD is like, but I think my friend has one and she said she loves it, plus I think it's cheaper.

Will that affect the heat?I have the intention of using this for gaming and schoolwork, though if it can do gaming I doubt I'll have problems with schoolwork.I also plan to do a little photo editing.
Answer:
Modern cpus and gpus (video cards) have built in temperature sensors that will slow down or stop the device before it overheats. That will crash whatever program you were running at the time, but does keep the hardware from being permanently damaged. As to your system specs - obviously you'll need to get an operating system loaded onto that. If you get a windows 64 bit system as I'd recommend, then you should make it 2x 2GB of RAM for a total of 4 GB to avoid memory starvation.Otherwise, that will be a nice gameplaying machine.

Question : Ebay seller may not give a refund, Unfair sale?
So i bought a sewing machine from this Sabbashop herehttp://www.ebay.com/itm/310339159208?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#rpdIdit' s my fault i didn't read the description in detail. The description said it was NEW, and INCLUDES: SEWING MACHINE, ACCESSORIES, INSTRUCTIONS . So i thought it was totally brand new and nothing was missing and there was warranty (since there is a manual, i thought its like store bought u know? ) BUT when i received it... THEY GAVE ME JUST THE MACHINE, NO ACCESSORIES (the accessory case was removed), NO MANUAL JUST THE MACHINE!!! So i emailed them back, i was like "hey I can't sew the machine without the the table and the case, if you guys have it i want it sent to me, if not maybe you guys can help me get it using the warranty, if nothing works i want a refund" So they reply saying if i revise the negative feedback (i gave it to them cause so much stuff was missing) we'll refund you 30 bucks (total is [63 CAD of machine] +[ 28 for shipping]) After some thinking i thought its a REALLY bad idea to keep this machine...i mean the accessories are hard to find and might be expensive n NO WARRANTY. So i spam them no i want a refund and decline their offer. Now i waited a few days, spamming them for refund (i have to notify them if i want a refund),,,i didnt get any replies still. I'm worried they are trying to steal my money . What should i do. I think i got the upper hand b/c the post DID lie "PRODUCT CONDITION: THIS IS A NEW ITEM IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE, WHICH MAY HAVE BEEN OPENED TO INSPECT. FULLY FUNCTIONAL & COMPLETE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: INCLUDES: SEWING MACHINE, ACCESSORIES, INSTRUCTIONS ". with the other crap i didn't read when i bought it Manufacturer Warranty:SabbaShop liquidates new , used, overstock, open-box, returns, shelf-pulls or store display items. Some items may be new in box, however SabbaShop is in no way affiliated with the manufacturer. The item does not carry any manufacturer warranty, even if sold as new.So any pro ebayers out there, please help me out. Whats the best way to get my money back? I heard something about the buyer protection but i'm a bit vague on that.
Answer:
Yes, he is at fault 100%. I know he is at fault, but you should have contacted the seller before leaving the neg. feedback. Sellers will usually work with you to get the issue resolved quick to avoid any negatives. There are so many errors in that listing that I am surprised a seller w/over 100,000 feedback screwed up this bad.1. He listed it as 'NEW'& not NEW (See Description Below). Items listed as NEW must include all accessories that were included in the package. Therefore, he didn't follow Ebay condition guidelines. Big Strike.2. This is not a 'AS IS' listing and you are entitled to return the item for a full refund with in the 30 days of purchase.3. Even in his own description, it says accessories are included. Another Ebay condition violation. So here's what you want to do.Give him one last chance to make it right.Send him one last message (one to his email that you get from paypal & the other using Ebay messages) letting him know, that you want to return the item for a full refund. In the message make sure you tell him that the item you received was not the item described in the ad. List all the reasons. Make him pay for the return shipping cost (if you want). This was HIS fault and not yours. This will make him think twice before making the same mistake. And mention if you don't hear from him or if he refuses to make things right, that you will file a paypal claim. Most sellers will cave in as soon as they see the words "paypal claim" and do anything the buyer says. They won't steal your money because they are an established top rated seller w/over 100,000 feedback so the account is not worth losing over 100.00. Plus, your protected with Ebay's buyer protection program so you'll receive your money regardless. So if for any reason, the seller just does not want to cooperate. THEN, Go to Paypal. file a "ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED" Claim, put all your reasons, a link to the ad, & make it clear that what you received was not what you ordered. I doubt he'll try to fight it, but he might because of the negative feedback you left him, even if he does. He will lose for sure. He will only fight, so that you have to wait a lot longer to get your refund. (That's why its best to work with sellers before leaving the negatives, otherwise, they'll go out of their way to be dicks)You'll then have to return the item w/tracking & once Paypal confirms the delivery, you will get a full refund.Let us know what happens =)

Question : Looking for eReader options?
I currently have an iPad, which is great for a tablet, but I'm not too fond of the limited iBooks library (I have tried the Kindle and Nook apps, but I'm not a big fan of their iOS app UI's) or LCD display when it comes to reading. I'm considering getting an eReader, but not sure what to get.I'm leaning towards the B&N Nook at the moment. I shop at Barnes & Noble for books most of the time and like the company, and the overall form factor of the Nook is appealing; it's a bit smaller, but a few ounces heavier (I can't stand holding electronics thin and light as a feather, feels like I'll drop it). The Nook also reads ePub format, so I can copy all of my iBooks from my iPad onto it. It's supposed to be a lot slower than the Kindle though, and has kind of a limited accessory bin.As far as Kindle goes, it's really tempting because of the price. Amazon's ebooks tend to run a lot cheaper than B&N, and the Kindle itself is $20 or so cheaper than the Nook. From what I've seen, it also has a lot more variety in accessories, and I always buy cases and screen covers for my devices. It's slightly bigger, which can be either good because it'll show more or bad because it'll be less portable.Any opinions? Which is more durable, longest battery life, details like that? Are there any other alternatives that might work?
Answer:
You can get Kindle 3G or Wi-Fi or Nook e-Ink (3G or Wi-Fi) or Nook Color Android tablet (Wi-Fi). 3G means the internet connection is included for free for the life of the device thus you can download a new book even when you're walking on the street. Wi-Fi means that you need to have access to wireless hotspot - examples would be any Barnes & Noble store that provides free Wi-Fi to Nook's or any Starbucks or any McDonalds or airport or any other place that provides free Wi-Fi service or your home’s wireless router - to download eBooks. Again, it's only needed to download eBooks or browse the Internet. Once you downloaded the eBooks to your device, you don't need Internet connection to read them. There's over a million of free public ebooks as well as over a million of ebooks that you need to pay for available through Barnes & Noble eBook store. Prices are generally much lower than for physical books.Having that out of the way, you should then decide which screen you want: e-Ink or LCD. It depends on what you're reading. If just black & white novels then the better one would be e-Ink Nook from Barnes & Noble. If you read electronic magazines or college text books with a lot of color graphs and charts or children’s' books with a lot of pictures then the better would be Nook Color LCD from Barnes & Noble. Then, you should understand the limitations of e-Ink eReaders - they are limited to be black & white for now they "blink" at each ebook’s page turn, they're not too good for web browsing, they need external light source for reading when dark, and they cannot handle videos.Whichever device you choose, here's the advantages of the Nook’s (both e-Ink black & white and Nook Color) over Kindle:- Any Barnes & Noble store provides free Wi-Fi to Nook's - Nook allows to lend Nook books for two weeks to friends and family or share with your other devices that run B&N app (PC, MAC, Android phones, Apple iPhone, iPod and iPad, etc.)When you walk in with the Nook to B&N store, you’re allowed to read any available eBook for free while in the store via free provided in the store Wi-Fi. With Nook, while in BN store you get exclusive articles from top authors, and great offers including cafe treats and unique deals. - Nook (unlike Kindle) can be used for library ebooks and for renting text-ebooks.Kindle only supports eBooks in its proprietary AZW format. Nook, on the other hand, supports both DRM-protected and DRM-free ebooks in ePub format thus it supports ebooks from B&N store, from any other DRM-free source on the web, and from public libraries.Nook Color is worth mentioning separately as this is a hybrid Android eReader/tablet device, something between Kindle and iPad. Even though Nook Color has LCD touchscreen, it's a new generation screen which is anti-glare coated and is better performing in sunlight and produces less glare all of which are dooming reading on iPad. Also, the screen is amazing and readable/viewable at wide angles.Overall, Nook Color is more than e-Reader as you can also watch video and use Android applications on it. It's a hybrid device, much more than just an e-Reader but not a full tablet as it doesn't have a camera. If all you want is to read novels, the original e-Ink Nook might be better for you. If you want something more from your device (color graphs and charts of college text books, childrens books, photos and videos, web sites in full color) at half of the price of iPad or Galaxy tab, then Nook Color is your best bet.Nook Color has several apps that already come with the device (Pandora Internet radio, QuickOffice, etc.) Also, Barnes & Noble recently released Nook SDK and Nook Developer platform that will allow most of the existing 100,000 Android apps be ported to it. Also, you can use the Social Settings screen to link your NOOK Color to your Facebook account and your Twitter account. You can also import all your contacts from your Google Gmail account. Once you have linked to Facebook and Twitter and set up email contacts, you can lend and borrow books, recommend books, and share favorite quotes with your friends.

For starters, leave a space between the two DVD drives and add a display or card reader in-between. DVD burners tend to get hot when writing stuff to disc and leaving some ventilation between two drives is always better. Here's a bunch of front bay card readers:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/productlist.php?groupid=701&catid=1913&subid=221Here's a sold state drive bay with two USB 3.0 slots:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CM-016-AK&groupid=701&catid=1428&subcat=A nice multifunction front bay Akasa All-In-One 21 Function Panel with small display:http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BB-001-AK&groupid=701&catid=1428&subcat =
